For a guy that hasn't played a lot of football and has shown progression I wouldn't say that is terrible.
You can at least agree that he has a lot of upside?
We can't wait on a project/potential/upside. We need 3-4 help now. He needs to be NFL caliber NOW. And not just in terms of designated kick blocker.

I definitely wouldn't take him at the #15 spot. But, if we had a 2nd and he were available I wouldn't mind it.

He's intriguing for sure. If he comes in with his hair on fire and gives you 5 awesome years I'd take it in a heartbeat. Really anyone but Mingo for me.

Margus Hunt stats
I'm not saying we shouldn't draft this guy, but not at 15. Had only had 4 sacks his previous seasons combined and He Played some pretty shitty teams, if he is such a freak athlete, shouldn't he have done more?

He started only 2 games the season prior.
His first season as a starter was his senior year. He was a track athlete that moved to Dallas, and they suggested he try football once SMU dropped their track program.
We are all very familiar with another raw talent that played very little amount of football.
How about these college football stats:
17 receptions for 213 yards and five touchdowns.
Jimmy Graham.
This seemed to work out just fine.

we could afford a pick like that on offense, still had shockey, we need people that can come in and play from day one and play well

I completely agree with that, but if the guy would somehow fall in a round outside of the 1st. Maybe miraculously fall to the 3rd (which is probably 1/1000 chance), he would be great to have.

Dude's 8 foot tall, benches a truck, runs a 4.4 40 and didn't dominate at SMU?
I think this was his 3rd year playing. He didn't dominate but he made some plays. Sky is the limit for this guy. I'd love him in Black and Gold. Let him wear 81!
