No. The win was vacated which means Arkansas still has a loss in the Sugar Bowl on their record.

I can see the possibility that pryor was told off the record he couldn't play in 2011 and made the obvious decision to join the supplemental draft. Only after the talk of being ineligible did osu make it public. I know it's not as fun as the other possibilities, but I believe it's most likely.
