No...no...no...no...no

Read my post, THEN write a response. Black residents of Louisiana do not run faster than black residents of any other state. What I'm saying is that black people make up a very large pecentage of NFL players, relative to their percentage of the total population. Put another way, a black child has (I don't know the actual numbers) a .005% chance of making the NFL, while a white child has a .0003% chance of making the NFL. Therefore, the higher the percentage of black folks who inhabit a particular state, that state will have a correspondingly greater percentage of its residents playing in the NFL.
