Milioto Custom Homes - any feedback?

looking around for builders in Thibodaux region. Been seeing their signs around town recently. Other contractors in this town are mega overpriced. See they have been building in Praireville, Gonzales, Luling areas. Any reviews are appreciated. Thanks

Just say no. Miloto to builds spec homes in my $300k+ neighborhood, and I've heard plenty of post sale quality complaints from owners. The job sites are nasty.....several have gone months w/o dumpsters, which is miserable for the neighbors. You can do better.

Milioto Custom Home builders is suspected of construction fraud throughout Lafourche and river parishes. Falsifying payment applications, substituting cheaper material abandoning projects, fiticious invoicing ..... the list goes on!!!!! Save yourself the nightmare ! Milioto Custom Home builders should be put under the jail!

I think there are two different builders who are related using the Milioto name. One is mainly the gonzales and prairieville area, not sure about the other one.

We are hoping to be looking soon for a contractor in the same area.

Correct. They are brothers. They had a falling out a while back and split. Not sure but I think Damon was doing some shady shite behind Craig's back. Craig went out on his own and formed Craig Milioto Custom Homes.
Craig is in the Gonzales/Prairieville area and builds legit custom homes. I've seen some of his work and it's extremely detailed.
I'd highly recommend him.
