I have been very impressed with him lately. He’s done a pretty damn good job. Having a good field goal kicker is going to be important again sometime later on in the season

Agreed, everyone in the stadium cringes when we try a field goal...but he has been knocking them down lately, and the fans are firmly behind him when he hits one.

I still get a little nervous but with each kick it’s getting less and less

Which was short, but dead center and hit the crossbar into the wind.

He’s a solid kicker.

Culp is 8/9 and 13/13. He's tied for 12th nationally in percent made. He's actually never been bad, we just conflate his kicks with Gonsulin's and lump them together.

The only one he's missed was a 48 harder straight into the wind and he was straight down the middle on it. Just got a little too far under it. The one he hit from 45~ yesterday would've gone in from at least 10 more yards out

I always thought culp was a good kicker. I wonder if the Gonsulin shite was a discipline deal

Was going to start a Culp appreciation thread but saw this one here. Kid has been money and made those 40+ ones that are huge. Him making those kicks changed the complex of the OM game.

Over the last three games, Culp is finally kicking like many expected him to as a recruit.

He was pretty highly regarded, and was expected to make most of his field goal attempts.

He still hasn't yet shown his ability. He's got long range. He did it in high school.

You could say he's brought a whole new meaning to the word Culpable.

I'll see myself out.
