I don't know how many chapters are in the book, but with releasing 2 or three every week, they may have the whole thing released by the release date. (Not that I'm complaining).

Will wait for the book.

I'm midway through The Hero of Ages now. Will finish it up in the next week or two, and then will wait for a couple weeks for this. I have a couple others i want to read if i have the time between.

I just pulled up the TOR website in the browser on my tablet and expanded the page so the chapter fills it.

Anyone have opinions on the chapters released so far.

No spoilers, please.

Solid start with a mix of Dalinar, Kaladin, and Shallan chapters. Not sure what the overall length of the book is supposed to be, but based on what he's covered in the first 18 chapters I would say it will easily go 60+ chapters to get where he's going.

I've been reading the chapters, they drop every Tuesday at 9:00. Great series so far, I wish Sanderson would devote more of his energies to this series. He spreads himself pretty thin across multiple projects. His BYU class was view-able online a couple of years ago. Interesting to watch him teach a class.

Idiot

I've preordered the book on my kindle. Filling the next week with something. Then next weekend I'll begin the journey through another 1400 pages

So he released 32 chapters(?), anyone care to guess how big of a portion of the entire book that is?
