Love BBT... however I made it about 6 minutes in had to cut it off ... it was terrible .

It was awful, I'm surprised Jim Parsons signed up for this. The dad and the other two kids really suck at TV.

I don't know if there's a show on network tv anymore that I can stand to watch. It's like whether its a humor or drama they're all still cut from the same cloth. The sitcom is most likely dead (for now at least).

The wife and I were bored so we tuned in, I fully expected that before the first commercial break I would rather be watching the Cowboys kneeling. I believed this was going to be a straight-up comedy (and thus a dumpster fire) but instead what I found was something with some humor, some story and a good bit of heart. It's not Big Bang, nor does it try to be. It's far more Wonder Years than anything else.
As such it's definitely not for everyone, but if they keep on this path it will definitely last for more than one season.

The only saving grace to TBBT was the females. Why would I watch this garbage?

Same here. I thought it was going to be bad, but it has heart and isn’t a straight up comedy.
It’s good TV and I’m amazed at the amount of hate it’s getting. Must be kids.
