I watched the first three episodes over the weekend.
Not sure if I want to continue. Does it improve or stay the same.
I found them entertaining but I could see the show peaking if it's just a one trick pony.
Axe playing cat and mouse with "pig vomit" every episode could get boring real quick.

I thought it was good. Season 2 really hit a stride. Im a huge Paul Giamtti fan though. Ever since he played Joe Gould in Cinderella man he can do no wrong in my book.

I was the same way because it was so over the top and full of douche bag one liners, but once I accepted it for what it was I really enjoyed it

It improves. The show is a slow burn but it does get better and better as the season goes on.
I also think S2 >>> S1

Agreed. Season 1 has some really good scenes towards the end. But season 2 is where it really becomes a good show that you look forward to every episode. Worth putting up with any slow episodes initially.
