Perdido Fishing Charter Recs Mid August

Looking to do a half day fishing with me and 3 buddies (4 total). Wondering if you guys had any recs. Love snapper, reds, trout etc. My ideal trip would be to catch as much good eating fish as possible. Looking to spend under $200 per person.
Any good captains, charters, companies etc would be greatly appreciated. Happy to provide more details if needed.
