Sounds like you've got an upper limit alarm set or something.
I pulled mine this weekend at just over 200 (was targeting 203), unfortunately it hit that temp after midnight when some friends had already left my place. Lesson learned.

Yep. I was thinking that when I ordered it. It had been a couple of years since I'd tried it and it was like I remembered.

I put mine in the oven a little while ago just to finish it. I don't want to eat at 10... This thing is 10 lbs and I didn't put it on till 9 this morning.
