I'll be d@mned, thats our old hunting club land. Leased from the old man that died in mid-90's; his b!tch of a widow "lost" his will that gave us 10 more yrs on the lease. Kicked us off, then died and I guess her kids have it now.

Nice properties, but I was looking for lease/club to join. Wish I had $500K-$1M to drop on some land like that, but I'm poor

I manage a little over 2k acres for my company, property was advertised on Louisiana sportsman and jumped on it. Get ready, it's more work than you think. Lol!
Boo fricking hoo! You're doing work for a company that we all have to do on our days off and find out of our own pocket.

This is a good property that was well managed but you better bolt or lock everything down on Tenner rd.

No, this was back in the 80s and 90s before anyone in MS really got into herd management. It was consistent, but small 6-8 pts--nothing trophy. When the river came up, yeah, it pushed the big deer our direction (east). The clubs south of Ntz at Doloroso and Ft Adams ($$$) always did much better.
Personally did much better shooting fat @ss bucks in our back yard in Natchez eating the fruit trees & roses.
