Its ridiculous how much cheaper land in general is in MS compared to LA.

I'll be d@mned, thats our old hunting club land. Leased from the old man that died in mid-90's; his b!tch of a widow "lost" his will that gave us 10 more yrs on the lease. Kicked us off, then died and I guess her kids have it now.

This is a good property that was well managed but you better bolt or lock everything down on Tenner rd.

No, this was back in the 80s and 90s before anyone in MS really got into herd management. It was consistent, but small 6-8 pts--nothing trophy. When the river came up, yeah, it pushed the big deer our direction (east). The clubs south of Ntz at Doloroso and Ft Adams ($$$) always did much better.

Personally did much better shooting fat @ss bucks in our back yard in Natchez eating the fruit trees & roses.
