They are probably expensive considering the man hours put into bathing, icing,then re-cooking to get some color

Sous vide eggs are really good. I did sous vide scrambled eggs a few weeks ago that were the best I had ever made.

Boiling is 212 degrees. Sous vide eggs are usually in the range of 140-160.

I know. I was being a smart arse.
Anyone know what temperature hard boiled eggs get to internal? Kinda curious if it's going to be the same thing. I mean, they already come in their own sous vide packaging.
Found some interesting and in depth info on sous vide-d eggs here....if you're into that kind of thing.

Go to Rouse's in the morning and they have a whole tray of boil-in-bag scrambled eggs. You can buy it by the pound.
