Seriously, the League needs to do something with Browns

Ownership is horrendous, you have players who are there to just collect pay checks, effort is not exactly being used out there..
If they can break all of their rules, to let teams move, they can certainly find a buyer, and force the browns owners hands. He is already paying the govt, and others because of fraud he committed.
There has to be morals clauses in owning a team. The League has always proven, there are no real rules, they can do what ever they want.

Any team can be good if they want to be. Eventually they're going to lose fan support and will then blame it on the city not building a new stadium, causing them to move.... just like last time.
It's not like Cleveland is this remarkably terrible place that no one would go to (It's far better than Detroit and Oakland, who are both going to likely be in the playoffs). They just don't want to pay: they're making money by not spending any and there's no incentive to change that.

NFL should have relegation and send relegated teams to the CFL. Or, just force them to have Kaperpussy on the roster. Both are humiliating.

Agree. If an owner is just sucking profits from the league and not reinvesting in the team, they should be forced to sell at market value. Problem is the number of people who can afford a billion dollar team are far and few.
