And just be the CEO of the team on game day.

Let the coordinators do their jobs and not micromanage?

His play calling in the red zone sucks donkey balls.

He can be made aware of what we, the paying fans, expect and want. Less shutting down the offense in the RZ in quite possibly the stupidest thing one can do as a coach.

No, you can't tell a head coach how to run his team. If you have to ask the man you are paying $4 million to to not coach his team, you have the wrong man.

Many coaches have been "relieved of play calling duties". Seems more of an NFL thing, but why not?

So wait, are you referencing Alleva telling Miles what to do? Or Miles telling his coordinators what to do? They both seem like forms of micromanagement to me.

Well if you were micromanaging your employees, you shouldn't mind if your boss does it to you.

Can we give him a fake play sheet and a headset that is just hooked up to BDP? They can yak all game - they do it anyway. BDP can help him call plays that don't get used. It'll keep them both from causing problems.
