Bedoya and Wynalda going at it on Twitter this morning

Wynalda is the worst.

I just got a job with the Union so I'm obligated to love Bedoya...but Wynalda is a bitch anyway.

Bedoya has had good and bad days for the US team. But overall, he brings a pretty consistent presence to the squad. There are multiple, and I mean multiple, guys that should be questioned more than Bedoya.

he's basically the perfect compliment to yedlin at this point

he's fast enough, covers defensive responsibility (when yeds pushes up), and presses all game

he's just not good at pretty much anything else but we need that kind of hustle and workrate

Bedoya came off as childish there. Wynalda was measured in his criticism and response to Bedoya's rankings.

How does Bradley continue to escape criticism? Or does he get it, and I'm just missing it? He's been thoroughly underwhelming for some time now.

Not a huge fan of Wynalda as a pundit, but that's his job now. He is entitled to his opinion of Bedoya, whether right or wrong. He didn't tweet this at Bedoya, btw. He just put it out there generally. For Bedoya to fire back by bringing Harkes' affair with his ex-wife was "over the line, Smokey"

I mean, why should Bedoya give a shite, anyway. It's poor form.

I'm just imagining what it would be like if Wayne Rooney fired back on Twitter against every former England player turned pundit who tweeted some shite about him...his fingers would fall off

That is in no way serious. I wanted to get a job in the MLS, and the Union offered. But I do love Ben.
