Bucket List for me is to ride in Mad Sunday there. Watch some of those videos on YouTube.

It's where they open the course to one way traffic to any yahoo that wants to ride/drive it.

Watched an hour of coverage Sat night on Velocity, those guys are NUTS!

It's amazing how they can control those bikes when they get bounced around at 130+.

At that speed even a small pebble in the road can be a serious problem. These dudes are nuts... brave, but nuts.

The daughter of a family friend was killed getting ready for a motorcycle race - she was on the track practicing when a track worker (ignoring three radio announcements that no one was allowed on the track) went out to remove something from the track and was struck by her motorcyle. Both were killed.

Not sure what to call these people that compete in this, but chicken shite isn't one of them. I've watched this many times and course knowledge is paramount along with those brass balls.

I think it's amazing they can go that fast considering the enormous amount of air resistance their testicles must cause.

No doubt. The people just standing along the road are just as nuts if you ask me.

LoL, why?

shite like this gets the blood pumping and makes life fun. I spent many years being a local at Deals Gap. Running night laps, racing fiddies and crashing kids plastic big wheels off the side of the mountain. Running the Isle on Mad Sunday is a dream moto day.

If I get over there I will be old anyway, it's not like I am going to be running a hot lap. Probably will be a fogey blocking most of the time.
