Killen's BBQ - finally went

Finally made it down to Killen's BBQ to check it out before we leave the great state of Texas and head to Kansas City in couple of weeks.
I got the 3 meat plate: pork rib, sausage, and brisket, with creamed corn, and green beans.
The pork rib was awesome! Some of the best I've had. Basically salt/pepper and their own seasoning. Very good. Sausage was excellent as well. They have three sauces to pick from, a tangy, sweet, and coffee...the tangy was probably the best. Coffee was ok. I was disappointed in the brisket, although it was very tender and juicy, on first bite I immediately tasted what I thought was liquid smoke, I kept eating and it went away. Not sure what that was. I still think Corkscrew and Roegel's have better brisket. The creamed corn side was worth the drive down there. It was good but if it is a busy day, not sure it is worth standing in line for hours to get.

What time did you get there and how long did you wait?

We were there at 10:30, doors opened at 11. We didn't wait long but the line after us got long and was still there when we left.

I'm not a huge fan of their brisket. It's good, but nothing special.
The beef rib and pork belly, though are special...and you didn't even get them
