It would be a great resource.

Are you worried about legal liability if somebody gets hurt? You could just put up a disclaimer or something.

Not as long as everyone agrees to consult your physician or other health care professional before starting this or any other fitness program to determine if it is right for your needs. This is particularly true if you (or your family) have a history of high blood pressure or heart disease, or if you have ever experienced chest pain when exercising or have experienced chest pain in the past month when not engaged in physical activity, smoke, have high cholesterol, are obese, or have a bone or joint problem that could be made worse by a change in physical activity. Do not start this fitness program if your physician or health care provider advises against it. If you experience faintness, dizziness, pain or shortness of breath at any time while exercising you should stop immediately.

Every one should have to submit a note from their doctor.

Specifically saying they are qualified to give or receive advice from a college football message board.

Why do you need an entire board to say eat healthier and be more active?

i approve of a trial version of a fitness board to see if it gets rid of the meatheads like the outdoor board corralled in all the necks and jmcs

I thought 3/4ths of OTers could already run a 4.7 40, 5:20 mile and bench 300. A health and fitness board would provide them no benefit for their already top-notch physiques.
