They are definitely proud of it. Said Dell and Mickey traveled the country checking out facilities, then built the second largest, though it is nicer than the largest.

IIRC there were multiple attempts and proposals by the state to build one for Shinn, but he wouldn't put up a tiny fraction of the $$$ needed. Shinn should be in the worst sports owners hall of fame.
There really isn't any objective way to rank practice facilities like #1,2,3, etc, but the Pels definietly have top tier facilities now. 2 years ago they were in the bottom tier.
I think we know why the team has injury problems now. Those hot and cold tubs are too nice. The players aren't getting toughened up. We need to like what the Cleveland Indians did in Major League. Nothing toughens you up like having an outboard motor duct taped to the cold tub.
