He's never been a coordinator. Prior to Tulane taking a chance on him, he had never been more than a position coach.

I would take him as a wide receivers coach. He has never coordinated anything and was a bad hire.

No, but if Franks left for a HC gig, I would most definitely want Johnson as recruiting coordinator and WR coach and get Juluke as RB coach. Kenneth Dixon put up and is putting up MONSTER numbers.
