They got my attention when they were beating the crap out of Green Bay but the packers also came back some.

The panthers beat the cards last year in one of the worst playoff games I've ever seen.

Would be a lot better this time around though.

This is the NFL. This is not CFB. To even be 8-0 is a huge deal, and we're talking about 11-0.

Cardinals offense is on a whole other level though.

to be honest, I haven't seen a lot so I have to go a lot on statistics which I understand doesn't tell the whole story

but with pretty comparable scoring offense/defense and the fact Palmer and the Cards have lost to the Rams at home and a Big Ben-less Steelers team this year tells me that the Panthers have shown fewer flaws and, to this point at least, they should be seen as the clear top team in the NFC

No, you just have a weirdly obsessive hate for Cam.

ok, fine

we're a smaller franchise that hasn't been on this type of regular season stage basically ever in our history, and still feel disrespected by having pundits/observers tell us we aren't as good as we believe to be

but I also like it cause the players clearly feel slighted and I think it's kept them extra motivated to not sit back and fall in any traps in the past few weeks

They are the best in the NFC at the moment. No doubt.

I could see GB or Arizona beating them in the playoffs. There's also playoff Eli. Seattle could also be dangerous if they sneak in, they are very similar teams. But Carolina would still be favored vs all of these.

Minny? No
Atlanta? Lol

The NFC West is just a tad better than the NFC South, but Carolina has shown a lot this year, I can see them coming out the NFC.

The combined winning % of the non-division leaders in the NFC South is 50%.

The combined winning % of the non-division leaders in the NFC West is 40%.

The combined winning % of the entire NFC South is 63.4%.

Man I hated that cocksucker so bad when he shite all over Alabama but I gotta say, he is my favorite player to watch in the league right now...I cant believe I wasn't sure he would translate to the pros....

Not only is he on another level right now, he is gonna be a bad motherfricker for the next seven to ten years and I can definitely see him ending up on the high end of the all time greats list when it's all said and done.

I just don't see Newton lasting 7 To 10 seasons running his current scheme... the hits will catch up to him eventually. Can he slowly transition to a more traditional qb in late 20s and 30s?... That'll be the key.

cams window is smaller than most qbs... Really need to take advantage of home field this year.

Wild to think everyone wanted Rivera fired not too long ago.

Pro coaches can't turn shite into salad all the time.

Good thing the Panthers didn't press that button.

Lets address the elephant in the room. How possible is it that they can run the last 5

@ Saints
Falcons
@ Giants
@ Falcons
Tampa Bay

I hate to jinx them but that is a very run-able schedule if they can stay healthy.

Playing @ Giants and @ AtL would be the only possibilities.
