I have Roethlisberger,(likely out) and Cutler (bye). Picked up T.Taylor but now he is out. Options are slim.

Cassel @ NYG
Mett vs. Atl
Smith vs. Pit
Hoyer @ Mia
Foles vs. Cle

Same situation here. Was looking at the QBs you listed along with EJ Manuel and Landry Jones since they seem to have the best matchups. Jones looked good against the Cardinals but it's a small sample size. Both KC and JAX give up lots of fantasy points to QBs.

I would consider Landry Jones. I would assume he is available?

I scratched Foles and Smith. Manuel, Cassel, and Jones seem to have the most QB friendly matchups. If Big Ben doesn't play then Jones would have the easiest matchup from a fantasy standpoint and also has Bell, Brown, and Bryant to work with. Manuel and Cassel have a banged up and/or under-performing WR core. Hoyer has been playing well and has Hopkins and can always checkdown to Foster. I narrowed my list to Hoyer, Jones, Manuel, Mett, Cassel. I'm leaning more toward Hoyer and Jones at the moment.

If you are just looking at a one-week stream, Jones has a favorable match-up against Kansas City with Martavis Bryant Antonio Brown at his disposal.
