Fox won't pay the amount of money it would take for him to come back. His career is much better off than Halle Berry's.

Yeah he's slated in a ton of movies coming up and Pan comes out soon. I don't think he'd have to go "crawling back" to anyone. Fox may have to, but not Jackman. I would love to see him yeah up with Aranofsky again.

The only guy who could play Wolverine I think is Jason Statham. Jason has damn near same build as Jackman, but Jackman got the edge.
I think just give Jason Statham a screen test. I am sure he'd capture the attitude of Wolverine, and display it well if he took on that role.

Fox would make a horrible Old Man Logan movie. Even if they somehow got all the character rights, they would change alot of stuff to keep it pg-13. It would be horrible. We've already seen what Hollywood does to Mark Millar's work.

Yeah Statham candor the action but the voice is a problem. Plus he needs to put on some muscle.

Russell Crowe would have been decent 15 years ago, not today. The next Wolverine will more than likely be an unknown actor. No one had heard of Jackman when he got that part.

I think Crowe can play early 40s.
Hypothetically speaking, say Marvel and Fox reach a deal and reboots the whole X franchise (except for Deadpool,because it would make sense for him to stay the same) within the MCU, then you'd want big time actors for Logan (who did a decade long run as an Avenger), Scott,Hank and Storm, along with Erik and Charles...and big actors for the F4 and Doom.
but Crowe is a WB guy so that's not going to happen.

These would be big roles, that could elevate careers. They could take good unknowns with the right chemistry.
