depende on how much past and if they are still vaccuum sealed.

I know if you buy some of those cofffee bags at Marshall's or TJ Maxx the vaccuum seals have most likely been punctured and arre past expiraation, hence why i wouldd never buy anything edible from a store like that.

Well says January 2015 and I assume each k-cup is vacuum sealed

They are. And that is more of a "best if used by" date. Generally if the coffee is kept airtight it will not go rancid. Drink it. It's coffee not a fresh food item.

Do not drink!
I will dispose of them properly for you if you send them to me.

You just got them from a distributor and they were expired? Unless someone from purchasing picked them up at a fire sale, I'd have a problem with a vendor shipping expired product, no matter what it is.

I'm sure the coffee is fine, though.

In my experience once coffee isn't truly fresh (like locally roasted a week ago and ground that morning), it doesn't matter very much.

I would doubt you'd notice the difference in Keurig.

You sure that's not the manufacturer date? I still drink it.

I say drink it. It's not like you drink Keurig coffee for the taste anyway.
