ABC World News Now is officially a weather disaster documentary

I still watch the national news shows but now I'm starting to wonder why.
Every single day the lead story is some weather "disaster" with titles like "burning inferno" and "disastrous deluge".
I think they saw the fact that the most popular segment of the local news is the weather so they've tried to nationalize it. It isn't working.

It's hilarious watching TV news programs and channels try to remain relevant. CNN is my favorite. Everything is "BREAKING NEWS" and they have reality shows and food channel docs now.
