IYO, is Falling Skies worth a watch?

I'm not expecting it to be on the level of Lost, Fringe or Battlestar Galactica, as far as Sci Fi/Fantasy TV shows, but will it at least be engaging enough to stick with until the end? I know the last 10 episodes will start airing June 28th, so I plan a to watch from start to finish.

I only made it to the second episode. Props to you for sticking it out an extra hour.
Seemed like a pretty bad show so I stopped before I wasted too much time.
