Does anyone here have a bluetooth speakerphone for their cell?

I need one for my office, not my car. All calls would be made through a cell (or even google voice). I am frequently on the phone while needing both hands for my mouse/keyboard.
The built-in speakerphone and earbuds/mic combos typically leave a lot to be desired. Every call ends up with people telling me they can't hear me so I have to hold the phone in one hand and work with the other.
I found these on amazon:

Jabra SPEAK 510+
I'd prefer to spend less than these if something is available.

Panasonic has some cordless phones have bluetooth integrated. Search for link2cell, possibly this model would work for you.

I use my jawbone big jambox for calls sometimes when on the road and it does ok. It's not as good as the conference room at the office, but much better than my phone on speaker.

I have a jabra for my car. I like the fact that I can use the same charger for it and my phone and it holds a charge for a long time. Not quite the answer you were looking for but that brand has some solid products.
