Katy people question. Can anyone sum up WTF happened to Tactical Firearms?

Just saw a new sign put up with a name change? Total shitshow.
They posted things on their facebook and on the sign at the road? How can you frick up selling guns to Katy/Houston people AFTER CNN, Ted Nugent, piers Morgan, and right leaning politicians have been to your place?
I can only assume one guy fricked the other guys wife? Only p---y can make guys so stupid?
Lots of Houston area guys on here, so I am looking for the inside scoop.
