Legit business opportunity?

I just received an email with a unique business opportunity to make some quick cash. A Major Eric Miller in the British army happens to be stationed in Syria and found 15 million dollars that he needs my help getting out of the country. He's offering me a 30% cut of the 15mil to receive two shipping containers with the money. Is this a new ISIS tactic to kidnap westerners or am I about to make some

Only $15M? Not worth your time. I'm sure you have several relatives in Africa you've never met who will need to get rid of $30M+ in the next few months. Just wait for those emails.

The money is in Czech Korunas which are like 20 to the dollar or something so he needs more storage. I told him half or 5% Less than sterling will do it for.
