Gov. work at it's finest.

This is really pathetic how consistently off schedule it runs.

Edit - now over an hour

I wonder if there was an accident that may have some effect on the volume of ferry users today which might cause a delay... hmmmmmmm.....

I am sure the government is in control of the barge schedules, current, weather etc. and I am sure they put the ferry first over all those things.

why dont you swim across? keep your arse on schedule that way

It's a ferry on the freaking Miss River, it will always be off schedule. Just take the new bridge.

This is the reason I rarely take the ferry.
As I was leaving, the wife called and said take the ferry...the bridge was backed up.
This was at 6:50...still waiting on the ferry.

Couldn't it also be considered ahead of schedule? It is already to the other side!!!

Maybe it is the optimist in me.

If people in baton rouge would learn how to drive traffic wouldn't suck so bad. Do you really need to stop just so people can merge?

Drive through both baton rouge and New Orleans weekly and would rather sit at least New Orleans traffic moves.

But if it is really late, is it also early for the next run? Think about it
