Some insight into Shoop at Penn State.

"We can’t have anybody leave for lateral moves so we’re going to make it really difficult for guys to leave for lateral moves," Franklin said "I want them to feel like they can reach all their dreams at Penn State as well. We want to hold onto them as long as we possibly can, but I also want them to be able to do what’s best for them and their families as well."

Was Les Miles sitting in his office just looking at a picture of Shoop, picking up the phone, then hanging up. Then doing the same thing until he got the courage to call? All that good will I tried building up yesterday shot to shite because y'all linked to BSD... Look, keep in mind it's not an LSU board. It isn't even an "all fans welcome" board like the SEC Rant. That is a board specific to Penn State fans to cheer and bitch to each other about our teams. Think of some of the threads on the Tiger Rant, I doubt you'd want the whole world using that as the barometer for LSU fans.

Yeah really. I live in State College now and most Penn State fans are really cool. At one time they were telling me they thought an LSU matchup was on the horizon but I guess it never developed.
As far as the pedo comments, I don't think that subject is funny in the slightest.
I was talking to a few of them about the difference between the SEC and here. I told them my honest opinion was that if that had happened in the South, it would have never been made public, but that guy would also have been dead...
