a citizen and has requested that US Soccer start the FIFA process to make him eligible for the US.

All I've seen are highlights. They look really good, but a highlight reel can be deceiving. I saw some Cesc comparisons thrown out there. Is that legit? He looks a little more dynamic than him too. And are we talking the number 10 Cesc, or the deeper lying version?
