Does your taste in music change often?

My wife is amazed that one month I'm mostly old country, 80s music another month, and then early 90s R&B another. Don't know anyone else that goes through changes like this.
Right now jamming some Trey Songz and for some reason the remix Birthday Cake by Rhianna; yes wife thinks I've lost it, maybe I have.

It does. I get in a heavier rock mood...and then turn to old country and 90s country. Then softer rock...then back to heavier. A "rap" song may sneak in every other year.

Not really. Rock (all forms), thrash metal and blues is what I listen to 95% of the time.
Every now and then I'll listen to 90s country or Eminem.

I change my taste often. However I so have some cornerstone genres that always get play.

i rotate through quite a bit of stuff. I do find new genres I like and go after them, but that is a little less common these days as I think I have hid the major sub genres that I would like, so its just a constant rotation.

I'm the same way. that's why I cant have a vehicle without sat radio or bluetooth

I've been listening to some form of hard rock since I was a kid in the 80s. Never got into country or rap or anything else.
