I don't care, as long as his annoying arse is off MNF.

Come on. His name has been dropped for every position open in the last 3 years. It's gotta happen.

I hate myself for starting this thread but watch how many people mention his name.

I think I enjoy the Frank Caliendo version of Jon Gruden more than the Jon Gruden version of Jon Gruden.

He's making NFL head coach money to do his MNF gig and other ESPN stuff. If he has zero interest in the Florida job, which is where he has lived for 15+ years, he isn't ever going to coach college football again. I'm not sure he's that hot a commodity amongst NFL owners and GMs.

Just because his name gets thrown around a lot doesn't mean he's going to start coaching again. I think he was overrated and happened to fall into a perfect situation. After his SB win his teams were mostly pretty meh. And now with his broadcasting career, he's again in a perfect situation. People think he knows what he's talking about and he gains nothing by returning to coaching and proving them wrong. I don't think he'll ever coach again.

He's not been interested in the past, so I don't see him changing his mind now.
