Need suggestions for mid to low range smart phone on T-Mobile

My MIL needs a new phone. She is looking to spend around $200. Looking on the T-Mobile site, they have the Samsung Galaxy line (Light, S II, Avant) and the LG Optimus L90 that seem to fit the bill. Are there any other phones that might not be sold at the T-Mobile store but could work? TIA.

Nokia Lumia 521 goes for around $50, runs windows mobile, and works with t mobile. It's probably the best of the cheap smartphones.
Samsung Galaxy is a good line of phones. I can't speak to how the ii performs or what's starting to become unavailable for it (older phone, older hardware, unsure of newest OS offered, etc)

Look for any Windows Phone for the most part or something like a Moto G if it's available

Samsung Exhilarate, part of the Galaxy line. Available unlocked on amazon.com for $119. We have two of them in our family and they work great on T-Mobile.
