Essentially they are talking about it and getting ideas from fans, but haven't done it yet nor confirmed that it is happening. I'm guessing that it is coming and probably coming before ME4 so ME4 is a long way off.

WTF, Activision. Get your shite together and remaster CoD4 and MW2 (and Black Ops).

One of my favorite gaming experiences ever.
They need to boost the quality of the side missions on ME1. Driving around on shitty planets covered in mountains really sucked. Other than that, hopefully my choices in 1, 2 and 3 affect the ending of the remastered 3 besides just picking red, blue, or green.

This. The redundancy and and time consumption of the side stuff is the only thing turning me off from playing through again. Scanning planets in ME2 was also very exhausting after a while

I think this would push me over the edge in to buying a One

I liked doing that. It was far better than scanning planets.

To whoever came up with the ME3 ending:

Scanning planets was horrible. ME1 side missions would have been so bad if you didn't land in a different colored mountain range on each planet, spend 5 minutes trying to drive up the mountains, just to attack a base that looked exactly like all the other bases. The amount of detail in the main missions just made the side missions look like they copy and pasted one planet and changed the color.

Three has a great story, but I felt that the controls were clunky. Quit playing the game midway through. Thankfully I picked it back up a few months later and finished it.
2-3 were much smoother, and I really enjoyed them.

I wish 1 had 2's controls.1 had the best story

I keep trying to replay 1 as female shep, but the control issues keep coming back to haunt me.

Ummm...I'm guessing you meant One. Mass Effect is the best story of the trilogy, but it definitely had clunky controls and the item system was too vast.
