Does anyone else enjoy some fresh avocado on Jambalaya?

I got this from Costa Rica where they eat a lot of rice and chicken with slices of avocado on the side. It's damn good.

Haven't had it on jambalaya but I often eat rice with chicken or fish and include chunks of avacado.

Dat Christmas jambalaya. Red from the tomatoes, green from the avocado, tis the most wonderful time of the year.

No, they really don't eat much paella down there. It's just rice and coffee- wood roasted chicken. Add in some avocado. Casado.
