Do you think the Republicans can win without increasing its share of the Black, Hispanic, Asian and Jewish vote?
are we talking 2016 or are we talking when the idea of conservatism is dead? In 2016, yes. They can if they put up a real conservative.
At that point, they can court whom ever by promoting conservative ideas. The last year of Bush killed part of the party. They don't trust them and the GOP keeps putting up shells of conservative men.

Rand Paul is my favorite Republican, but right now, it's Mitt Romney's to lose if he decides to run again.
I'm not huge fan of Romney, but he can run the one of the biggest "I told you so" campaigns ever. He's an establishment type without the last name "Bush."
As much as I really like Rand Paul, I don't see how he gets out of the GOP primary. The strong hawks of the party and even the Christian conservative types who don't like Rand for his moderate leanings on the Drug War won't let it happen.
I actually think Rand has a stronger chance at beating Hillary than he does getting out of the GOP primary. He's the only guy who works hard at expanding the conservative movement to the black and Hispanic communities.
Echoed my thoughts right there

Romney is too old plus he's out of touch with the average American. That's a very hard sell in today's economy. He was also wrong about alot of things as well.
