As long as Manning and Brady or in the league, he'll always be behind them. Then once they're gone, the league will continue pushing Rodgers and possibly Luck above Brees.

When he didn't win it in 2009 I lost all hope. There was absolutly no better player in the league that year, nor a more valuable one. He got robbed.

Seems pretty accurate, he'll always be chasing Manning going into the season. 5K yards 39 TDS last year with what was probably his worst O-line performance in sometime and inconsistent weapons outside of JG.

Like it friggin' matters. It'll be Manning again. And if not Manning, Rodgers or Brady.
Unless Brees has yet another record season and the Saints lose 2 games or fewer, I don't see it happening. Brees already had a great season and still didn't win, so what hope does he have now?

3 games into the season, every talking head will be riding Manning's jock wanting to give him the MVP already. It's sad.
