I am moving to St. Maarten for med school in september. What are my options for watching the Saints? Does sunday ticket have an online option since I will be in the dorm and no satellite option for the 1st term?

I think you'll need to be a Direct TV subscriber to use Sunday ticket.
I tried to purchase access to HBO to use HBO Go, but they wouldn't let me without a cable/satellite provider. I'm sure this is the same for all primetime TV services.

I know someone that uses a Slingbox to access US TV from overseas. The Slingbox sits in their parents home so you would need someone in the Saints broadcast area willing to house it for you for it to work.

I would think a beautiful island girl and a frozen drink would be good options.

The Bada Bing right near the airport has everything you'll ever want to see.

It's a brothel full of Columbian, Brazilian and Venezuelan women. No locals, but there might be some European women in there.
