Over the past few years my wife and I have tried almost every flavor.

My favorites are:

creole cream cheese
Hubig's pie
bananas foster
rum raisin
coffee and chicory

The only 2 I wouldn't try again are:

red velvet cake (weird after taste)
coffee and beignet (way too sweet)

Incredible website. Makes me want to drive 4 hours for a waffle cone. Never had any of them, but all look nice.

sigh

Wonder if a Bluebell fudgesicle would help?

Wonder if the grandkids would notice one or two were missing from the freezer stash?

I'll report back later.

Coffee flavored one was good.

The bread pudding one had a weird texture. I threw it out

I thought the same thing. It tasted like soap. I'm glad some else thought something was weird with this.

Just noticed tonight at the store they're charging $7/pint. The creole cream cheese is good but it's not that good.

Vanilla bean - good
Chocolate city - good
Ponchatoula strawberry - good
Red velvet cake - good
Creole cream cheese - burn with sage

My experience is that everything they make is high quality. If you don't like a flavor, that's no big deal. Their overall product, though, is good.
