I did not make the spring game. But, judging from what I am hearing, this season will need for the Oline and the Defense to be our way to avoid a poor season. That would mean running LF, TM and KH a LOT, so the Oline had better be beyond awesome.

This may produce a 9-10, possibly 11, win season, but will be back to frustration with the meercat, lots of QB tucking and running, and little stretching of the field? AJ has light years to go, it appears, on a pathway to look like JJ this upcoming year? Harris will need AJ to be an entire flunky before Miles lets him play, and even if that happens, Miles will reign the freshman in to just handing the ball off and/or running after the first inevitable INT? That's just Miles. Rettig, on the other hand, is not looking like he will get a chance in the Miles system, so he either sucks or will just never get a chance? Always looking for an excuse to line up and run it as often as possible?

Is this what we can expect?

Les and Cam will choose the best QB for the job. Once the incoming freshman are here the offensive should be much improved. The defense is hard nosed and stingy so there isn't much to worry about there. There's talent all around so don't sell this team short.

Spring Practice is just what its called Practice. No more and no less and would wait until the Wisconsin Game to make a judgement. Especially all these Rocket Scientist on the Rant!
