Crowd needs to get into the games. Hard to play hoops in quiet gym. All of our players definitely came to play for Coach Jones. If they came to a game prior to signing they would not come. I would love to have to sit in my 300 level seat instead of near court.

I'd say the crowd was into it when the team played well.

crowd can't help missing floaters, shooting stupid shots, leaving big men wide open under the basket, not blocking out, not making free throws.

this isn't on the crowd but the crowd was fine today they got into it when it matters your not going to find many fan bases who will be in it all 40 min

Fan Bases for 40 minutes. Duke, Louisville, Kentucky, Syracuse, etc. We have a good team and we need to support them. Players love large loud crowds. May have made a difference!

Not like we are trying to put 92,000 in PMAC. 10,000 screaming fans would have equaled a W today. Yes, todays loss is on players. Good schools use the crowd as there 6th man and we have not given it a chance. Maybe a Men's Pack the PMAC would help. Just frustrated at today's game.

I can't believe people are legitimately trying to put the loss on the crowd..

Not putting loss on crowd. Putting it on lack of a crowd that a 10-2 team deserved. I am not a regular at basketball games and would consider myself a bandwagon fan. Been to 4 games this year. Never a good student section. There should be enough local students to be there for these guys. We stunk tonight and I am sure Johnny sent them or will send them a message. Hope that loss does not kill us in March!

Two things:

1) Most students couldn't care any less about basketball much less any other sport. 50% of the football student section doesn't even give a rat's butt...

2) Since they moved the section, things just haven't been the same. Those seats are not good and with so many open seats at half court, why would anyone want to sit behind the goal?

What a joke. You think the crowd would have helped the team when they were getting out rebounded the whole game? Its the players fault when they are that favored and dont show up. The fact you are even comparing the talent those other tems have to LSU shows me you have no damn clue what you are talking about in the first place.
