So there are 2 teams in the NBA's Eastern Conference with a winning record

As of right now, December 1st. 
In the West, there are 3 teams with a losing record, 2 if the Pelicans beat the Knicks tonight.
Despite what I may have thought in pre-season, the gap between the 2 conferences seems to be wider than ever.

You could maybe say that if Westbrook was healthy but with him out there's no way OKC could've beaten the heat.
