He's a little tPOS, and was rightfully ejected.....but I don't think this instance was intentional.

Maybe I'm just gullible/naive

Is Spoly considered a good coach? Average?

I'm not a fan of Chalmers, but from the overheard shot you can see he was fighting off a screen and his elbow flew up and nailed Dirk. Didn't look intentional He was trying to draw the foul on the screener by semi flopping.

It looked like he was actually trying to flop from being picked and then threw the forearm to overplay it and get the call.

We have been to the playoffs every year under Spo, and that was before LeBron and Bosh came to town. He had to rebuild from the disaster that was the 2007-2008 season.

I never liked him. He's always been a little punk.

Spo isn't their GM. He didn't "rebuild" the Heat.

I don't think he did it on purpose. If you watch, Dalembert was holding his arm after he screened him. Chalmers violently pulled his arm away to free himself from Dalembert's hold, and when his arm came free the momentum took his forearm right into Dirk's face.

It's pretty obvious that was an accident. He did have a dirty play against Griffin and may be a dirty player but if you to to the 1:11 mark in the video you can obviously see the other player holding his arm and he was trying to tug it away and it made a sling shot into Dirk's face.
