LINK I remember in the early 2000's when this guy was impossible to get out. Sure Coors helped him out but in his prime he raked.

Without Coors Field he would have just been an average player

he only has 333 home runs? shoot, with what i thought were all of those monster years, i figured he had over 2500 hits and 400 home runs.

stat above appears to have been through 2010. Anyway, he has 2505 hits, 367 home runs, and 1397 RBIs

Some interestng stats from Peter King this morning.
-Better career on-base % than Albert Pujols (.415 to .410)
-More hits than Mickey Mantle (2,505 to 2,415)
-More HRs than Yogi Berra (367 to 368)
-More doubles than Tony Gwynn (585 to 543)
-Better on-base-plus-slugging % than ARod (.954 to.944)
-Better lifetime batting average than Derek Jeter (.317 to.312)
-Better career on-base % than Albert Pujols (.415 to .410)

He hasn't hit 20 HR in a season since 2005. He lost a lot of his power when he hit 30.
