Anyone have any suggestions for a replacement antenna? Looking to make it smaller because it hits the roof at my parking garage for work. I was looking at the Stubby antennas but read some reviews the reception isn't all that great. Any suggestions?

You can just cut it to the level you want, I did it to my '04 and haven't had any issues with reception

Ehhhh, I don't feel comfortable doing that. Just a personal preference. I read you could do that too but I just would rather replace it. Thanks though.

I actually just bought a stubby 8" metal antenna for myF250 and my reception hasn't changed. I still catch all my regular stations just as well as before.
