The U.S. Department of the Treasury announced Thursday that when it comes to taxes, it will recognize same-sex couples' marriages even if they live in a state that does not.
And yet the feds are fighting to stop States from nullifying Fed Gun laws by passing their own State laws

I heard Joe Biden make an announcement about "corporations allowing restricted firearms" to slip through the cracks.
Basically, he's referring to Trusts and Class 3 firearms.
Tell me when again, was the last time a LEGAL class 3 weapon was used in a crime?
They seriously just want to push SOMETHING so the bleeding hearts will shut up. Logic and facts are completely thrown out the window.

When was the last time you heard about a crime being committed with a C&R rifle (rifle over 50 years old, many of which are bolt-action)? You haven't because it hasn't happened. Apparently there is a lot of gang violence using M-1 Garands and Mosin Nagants that isn't reported in the news. Obama solves a non-existent problem he created. Screw this guy and screw anybody that voted for him.

We have all known for a long time now that the federal government can enguage in activities in the name of the common man, for which that same government would incarcerate that same man. There is nothing new here.
