gator in Metairie?

Any weekend lunch spots in Metairie have good gator dishes. Brother and wife are in town, and want gator, we have had the blackened gator bites at Oceana, but I would prefer to stay out of downtown. Plus they are staying at The Landmark Hotel. Will be a baby with us too.

I think Gris Gris seafood has it, but I've never had it there. I would assume they fry them and I prefer it blackend.
