TMNT Turtles in Time Re-Shelled not on PS Store anymore????

I was looking to purchase this game only to find out that the game is not on the store anymore. Is there any other way I can get it?

I actually just got it last week. You cannot buy it, but if someone game shares with you then you can still download it. I posted on the tmnt board on gamefaqs that I was looking for it and somebody traded with me.

It was yanked from North America due to contractual expiration.
